吴晓平,博士、副教授、硕士生导师。1977年生, 2013年获上海大学工学博士学位。先后主持和参与国家和省部级科研课题十余项,在ieee tmc、ieee tcom、ieee tsp ieee twc、ieee taes、ieee tnse、ieee cl、jnca等国内外期刊发表论文近30余篇,授权发明专利5项。
